Fashion on Demand
Our Vision is to be able to heal the world through the spread of Yoga and its subculture. We are a bit dreamers and we like to think that our garments can be considered as flags of this vision but we are equally concrete and we know that even a flag can leave an imprint on the planet that we all share. One of our Mission is to become lighter every day towards our Mother Earth, but we are also aware that in the fashion sector all the challenges for sustainability do not have a quick solution. We therefore attach great importance to responsibility as we avoid promises that we cannot keep because if the balance between the three dimensions can be a delicate issue, it must not be a mitigating factor in order not to adopt measures that make a real difference. We therefore maintain a constant combination, between open-mindedness and a realistic approach, oriented towards the things that we can change now and at the same time imagine what could be improved in the short and long term starting from the fact that every purchase, small or large, always involves an imprint and therefore a choice: that of the dimension of the sign to leave on our Planet. In this regard, just think that almost eighty five percent of all fabrics produced by the fashion industry end up in landfills, making it one of the main causes of environmental damage. One in five garments even arrives in landfills without having been worn even once. Through a completely digital platform and an effective "POD" process, we have the opportunity to choose clothing that is only completed once the order is placed, resulting in a drastic reduction in the volume of waste compared to conventional production. This is also the reason why our Return Policy does not allow returns except for lack of conformity, hence the motto present in all our product sheets: "if you change your mind, do not return it but give it away. Giving is better than receiving". It is true that we can affirm that "Made to Order" is a radical and enormous reversal from "Fast Fashion" to "Fashion on Demand". they too have responsibility and sustainability as missions and can guarantee specific standards in this regard. For example:

-
PACKAGING: only one postal bag for packing. Recycled instructions for used poly bags. Post-consumer recycled plastic (PCR) packaging (at least 50% for the outside and at least 30% for the inside).
-
OFFICES: recycling of paper, plastic, batteries and electronics, LED lights with motion sensors. Electronic processing of as many documents as possible to reduce paper consumption.
-
PRINTS: Kornit machines and inks for DTG prints. High quality water-based vegan inks, non-hazardous, toxin-free, biodegradable and certified with an OEKO-TEX ecological passport. All-over print product layout optimized for residual tissue reduction.
-
LOGISTICS: strategic positioning of distribution centers for faster shipping times in the face of reduced COâ‚‚ emissions generated during the transport of orders.
-
QUALITY: Reliable for longer product life. Durability, washing and wear test.
-
CERTIFIED ECOLOGICAL PRODUCTS: constant implementation of products composed of at least 30% sustainable, recycled or biodegradable materials, organic cotton, recycled polyester.
-
SUPPLY CHAINS: GOTS, OEKO-TEX and Modal®
-
DATA COLLECTION: applied to the supply chain for monitoring and reducing environmental impact.
-
EFFLUENT TREATMENT: to remove toxic elements from the water for safe reuse.
Too often, too, we forget that sustainability in fashion does not only concern clothing but also workers in the sector. For Yogether and therefore for its partners there are above all two essential principles in the context of "growth culture":
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY: hiring and employment, compensation, benefits, promotions, training and development, discipline and dismissal based only on assessments of skills and performance regardless of race, color, religion, ancestry, sex, gender identity, national origin, orientation sexuality, age, disability, veteran status or other characteristics.
SAFETY AND DECENT CONDITIONS: Fair Wear Foundation (FWF) and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
